INSPECTION REPORTS

Repton Prep is inspected by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) as an independent school. ISI is a government-approved body and reports to the Department for Education on the extent to which schools meet statutory requirements. The quality of its service is monitored by Ofsted on behalf of the DfE.

ISI inspects all areas of provision including education, boarding welfare, our Early Years Foundation Stage setting and compliance with regulations. Inspections are for the benefit of the pupils and seek to improve the quality and effectiveness of their education and of the care for their welfare.

In 2019, inspectors found that the pupil’s Personal Development was actively promoted through the School’s principles and values. To have what we know to be true - what we see around us on a daily basis in our pupil body - confirmed by this ISI Report is an important moment.
